    <Abstract>In this paper, we consider the problem of finite-time stability of a class of linear singular continuous time delay systems. By using Lyapunov-like functional with time-delay, new delay-dependent stability condition has been derived in terms of matrix inequality such that the system under consideration is regular, impulse free and finite time stable. In the proposed stability criterion, Drazin inverse of a singular matrix is used.</Abstract>
