Special Issue on Small Molecule Inhibitors for Epigenetic Modulation

Abnormal epigenetic modifications play an important role in several diseases and disorders including cancers, neurodegenerative diseases, diabetes, autoimmune as well as inflammatory diseases, etc. Small molecule inhibitors or activators are attractive choices to treat these conditions and learn more about underlying mechanism for processes involving anomalous transcription state. This special issue provides a platform for researchers around the world to submit their original manuscripts and review articles in the area of small molecule research for the application of epigenetic modulation.
