A Suggested Proposal to Implementation Quality Management System ISO-9001 in Egyptian Universities

Abstract

The study aimed at identifying the reasons for failing to obtain the ISO-9001 at most of the Egyptian universities and introducing a suggested proposal for the application of quality management system ISO-9001 in Egyptian universities, so avoid mistakes and problems in which these universities have occurred in the past when it tried to apply this system. The study used a descriptive methodology. The study provided a suggested proposal, including: The goal, foundations, requirements and steps of the application of the a suggested proposal, including the implementation mechanisms.
